Effortless warmth and style for a cosy home makeover

Situation
After leaving the farm in Southland where the home owners previously had radiators with a diesel boiler, the home owners decided to move to Christchurch to be closer to family. The house at the time had some electric underfloor heating and a gas fire in the living room. In 2023 renovations started with the electric underfloor heating decommissioned and radiators, a Chofu heat pump and hot water cylinder installed. February this year more renovations were done including a state of the art kitchen and living area with some of the radiators that were installed last year removed and painted to blend with the new colours of the walls.
Approach
DeLonghi radiators provided the perfect solution for warming this newly renovated home. The home owners opted for a new Baxi 300 litre twin coil hot water cylinder to be included in the installation as it made sense to save 70% on hot water heating costs. The Smart One controller allows the home owners to make heating adjustments at a touch of the finger or via their mobile phones using the user-friendly app.
Outcome
The home owners love how the radiators warm their whole home and the fact these blend in with the painted walls in the rooms is the cherry on top.
