Our Operations Manager, Nickie had the honour to be invited as a guest lecturer at the University of Canterbury. As a woman in a male-dominated industry, her lecture inspired the future generation of engineers that with determination, hard work, and big thinking you can be successful.
After growing up on the tools with her father as plumber, Nickie went on to gain qualifications as a Structural and Renewable Engineer. Although her career path has been far from linear, in fact in Nickie’s own words, “filled with crossroads”, she has gained exceptional experience.
