Rachelle, a true native of Canterbury, has always been attracted to the Port Hills and Rivers of Christchurch. With a wealth of experience in office management, sales support, administration, and event management, she is an ideal fit for our Sales Support team. Since joining our team four months ago, Rachelle has become fully immersed in all things related to central heating. She recently installed underfloor heating during a training course, assisted the sales team at a home show, and communicated with potential customers. Rachelle eagerly anticipates experiencing her first winter with CHNZ, which we refer to as our 'heating season'. During this period, she will assist the sales team in answering inquiries, providing estimates, and contributing to other forms of support.
When she is not busy assisting the sales team, Rachelle enjoys spending time with her husband, showcasing their classic cars at car shows and festivals. She is also artistically inclined, with a passion and talent for painting. We know that her two stepchildren and granddaughter benefit from this talent!
Two surprising facts about Rachelle are that she possesses a motorbike license and is currently working through her bucket list, which includes whale watching in Hervey Bay, Australia this year. We cannot wait to see the envy-inducing photos!
