Company Operation During Level 3

General Company

  1. Staff who can work from home will still be doing so, teams required to operate at level 3 will operate from our Christchurch office. This will include warehouse, trade ordering, technical support & CHCH installation & maintenance. Level 3 government guidelines, including social distancing will be adhered to at all times.
  2. Our support team will now be available at full capacity to assist you anywhere in New Zealand.
  3. Our sales team are available for contact through phone and email (see our team below).


Trade Customers

  1. Our warehouse team will now be able to send all orders throughout New Zealand with the exception of Auckland and Northland regions where only essential items will be prioritised.
  2. Please continue to place your orders through our website, phone (0800 357 1233) or email tradeorders@centralheating.co.nz
  3. Our Christchurch office will have a dedicated area for contactless trade collections but remain closed to the public. When collecting orders: Contactless collections only. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection. 
  4. Our couriers will be doing contactless deliveries and leave it at your front door. 


Christchurch Installation

  1. Our Christchurch installation team will be resuming installations, adhering to all Level 3 government guidelines.
  2. Our project managers will be getting in touch to reschedule installations that have been put on hold over the past few weeks.
  3. When on site our team will be following social distancing regulations and wearing the required protective gear. 

Christchurch Servicing 

  1. All servicing will resume in the Christchurch region.
  2. Our servicing co-ordinator will be getting in touch to reschedule services that have been put on hold over the past few weeks.
  3. Please bear with us as we work through the backlog and servicing delays in the Christchurch region.
  4. When on site, our team will be following social distancing regulations and wearing the required protective gear.

Orders  

  1. Our websites will be open 24/7 for trade customers.
  2. For online orders based in Auckland and Northland, we will prioritise the orders of essential products from essential industries. 
  3. Online, phone and email orders for the rest of New Zealand, order as per normal. 

Our team is going to be using the proper PPE and we will equip our Christchurch office with hand sanitisers. Please help protect our staff by wearing a mask when collecting orders. We will have our QR code visible for you to scan. If there are some delays in your orders, please understand that we are operating in a challenging time. Our couriers and staff are doing the best they can to fulfil and deliver your orders. We have the right to refuse service to anyone who will endanger our staff. If sick, please stay at home.
